This week we had an installation be completed. When an installation is complete, I visit the clients afterwards to walk them through how they will utilize the system.

With this particular installation, this is their 2nd purchase. The first purchase was 50% coverage, but after being satisfied with the service they proceeded in obtaining the second half of the coverage. During the welcome meeting, they understood how everything worked. The only question they had was how to use the Sunny Portal. The Sunny Portal is where the monitoring occurs. It displays how much the system is producing. I gave them an E-Grid table, which displays how many kwh a system is to produce each month. The numbers can vary depending on the weather. A sunny day will definitely produce more than a cloudy day, but it will also compensate for on other days. There’s also a total kwh it will produce a year. This is not a system that needs to be monitored daily, but it is important to review to assure everything is working properly. They were very satisfied with the service and are excited to have complete electricity coverage.

En el caso de esta instalación, se trata de su segunda compra. La primera compra tenía una cobertura del 50%, pero tras quedar satisfechos con el servicio, procedieron a obtener la segunda mitad de la cobertura. Durante la reunión de bienvenida, entendieron cómo funcionaba todo. La única duda que tenían era cómo utilizar el Sunny Portal. El Sunny Portal es donde se realiza la monitorización. Muestra cuánto está produciendo el sistema. Les di una tabla de E-Grid, que muestra cuántos kwh debe producir un sistema cada mes. Las cifras pueden variar en función del tiempo. Un día soleado producirá definitivamente más que un día nublado, pero también se compensará en otros días. También hay un total de kwh que producirá al año. This week I had a visit with the client who was having issues with his inverter. This occured, and the next day we were there to fix it. We wanted to avoid the client getting charged for regular electricity. The workers also showed up with a replacement. At first, the inverter was not powering up. We called tech support and they were able to reboot it. The system was up and running. Before we left, we assured the production was displayed on the screen. The client wanted to verify the type of warranty he had and for how much longer. I checked his contract and was able to provide that information to him. He proceeded in requesting a quote for maintenance to his panels. This is also being sent to him. We pride in delivering prompt responses to our customers.

Esta semana tuve una visita con el cliente que estaba teniendo problemas con su inversor. Esto ocurrió, y al día siguiente estábamos allí para arreglarlo. Queríamos evitar que al cliente se le cobrara la electricidad normal. Los trabajadores también se presentaron con un reemplazo. Al principio, el inversor no funcionaba. Llamamos al servicio técnico y pudieron reiniciarlo. El sistema se puso en marcha. Antes de irnos, nos aseguramos de que la producción apareciera en la pantalla. El cliente quería verificar el tipo de garantía que tenía y por cuánto tiempo. Comprobé su contrato y pude proporcionarle esa información. This week I attended a meeting with a potential commercial client. The sales representative was in the meeting as well. It is important for me to attend these meetings to assure nothing is over promised, everything that is promised is on the contract and assure it is executed by the completion of the project. My presence provides a satisfaction to the clients that they are being listened to and respected. When I am unable to make these meetings, the next day after a sale closes I give the new client a call. I present myself and who I am. By this point I have reviewed the contract with the sales representative. In this call, I go over it with the client and answer any questions they may have. I want to assure all the questions the client has are answered, and if any questions at any point come up, for them to be confident in calling me to ask.

Esta semana he asistido a una reunión con un posible cliente comercial. El representante de ventas también estaba en la reunión. At the completion of my visit, I always ask the client if we’re pending anything. This allows me to assure we have kept up with this installation. In this situation, the customer did say we had an item pending. I went over the contract and it was not listed there. I let the client know I will be following up in regards to this to conduct my own research on what occurred. The salesman informed the customer that he was interested in the particular item to reach out to the office to conduct this portion of the sale, but that wasn’t done by the client. I informed him of that and he was very understanding. He was very appreciative, as I had assisted him throughout the process of the installation: before, during and after.

Al terminar mi visita, siempre pregunto al cliente si tenemos algo pendiente. Esto me permite asegurarme de que hemos cumplido con la instalación. This week I had another visit with one of our clients. As I was placing the inverters in our monitoring portal, Sunny Portal. He was informing me that his neighbor was also interested. He stated, “since you’ve been helping me out a lot throughout the process, i’m going to give you a referral.” I thanked him for his kind generosity. The neighbor actually shows up, while I am still there and informs us that he had signed. I told him that it was great. That i will be providing the customer service to him, and that if at any point he had questions to let me know.

Esta semana he tenido otra visita con uno de nuestros clientes. Mientras colocaba los inversores en nuestro portal de monitorización, Sunny Portal. I had a visit with one of our clients. The visit was to follow up on how the installation process went and if he is satisfied switching to solar. He is very content with the switch. He had done his research and gotten several quotes. We were the most affordable, with a system that would cover his electricity bill. He says he has not received a bill. In fact, he has received credits on his bill. He is very satisfied with the work that we’ve done.

He was well informed throughout the process and his questions were answered. He recommends others to do the switch to solar energy.

Tuve una visita con uno de nuestros clientes. La visita fue para hacer un seguimiento de cómo fue el proceso de instalación y si está satisfecho con el cambio a la energía solar. Está muy satisfecho con el cambio. Había investigado y obtenido varios presupuestos. Nosotros éramos los más asequibles, con un sistema que cubriría su factura de electricidad. You are satisfied when a customer really has no questions. This means that the customer has been well informed prior to the sale, and throughout the installation. It is important to be well informed with the customer. They are the ones who bought the solar panel system and it is our duty to keep them informed and educate them.

On this visit, we made the welcome presentation to the customer, and the system was put into monitoring. Everything was working very well. The customer did not have any questions. The customer was informed that if one day he has a doubt or question he can call me. Within a week after the visit, I call the customer to follow up with them again to make sure that everything is still working well with the system, that they have no additional questions, and that they have switched to a provider that has an electricity plan for people who have solar panels.

Uno se satisface cuando un cliente realmente no tiene preguntas. Esto significa que el cliente ha sido bien informado desde antes de la venta, y durante toda la instalación.
